2022 Maine State Jazz Festival Outstanding Musician Awards

After the unfortunate pause the Covid-19 pandemic forced upon us, we’re pleased to announce the Maine State Jazz Festival returned this year. The awards were held in Hampden in March, and the following musicians were awarded the Dale Huff Outstanding Musicianship Award:

John Fenders, Trombone & Bassoon, Hampden Academy
Griffin Gillis, Alto Sax, Fryeburg Academy
Nathan Howell, Drums, Greely High School
Maximum LaPlante, Alto Sax & Flute, Westbook High School
