2023 Dale Huff Outstanding Program Award Announcement

So I realized that I did not post an announcement about last year’s Outstanding Program Award. I apologize. The 2023 award went to the Westbrook Schools. They have a long history of music education excellence that many would attribute to Don Doane, Norm Richardson, and Tony Boffa. Now Kyle Smith and the rest of the music staff is carrying on that tradition beautifully. Congratulations!
